Organizational Structure

Organizational units represent the structure of your organization — departments, divisions, locations, production lines, etc. Org units are hierarchical: each unit can have a parent, allowing you to model tree structures (e.g. Company → Region → Plant → Department).

Each org unit can also have Locations (physical sites, addresses) assigned to it.

Audits require an org unit to define what part of the organization is being audited.

A location represents a physical site belonging to an org unit — for example a plant, office, or warehouse. Each location has a name, city, and Country, selected from a standard country list (search by country name or code).
